Our bridal suite has been exquisitely renovated, boasting modern finishes that add an air of luxury and sophistication. Complete with a spacious seating area, it invites relaxation and pre-wedding excitement. A grand full-length mirror graces the space, perfect for final dress checks and capturing unforgettable moments. Additionally, five individual vanities cater to the needs of the bridal party, providing ample space and comfort for everyone to prepare for the big day together.

How Much Is Your Facility/Rental Fee

Our rental fees range from $250 to $4,500 depending on the day of the event and the number of guests.

The following is included in our rental fee:
*Seating for up to 250 guests
*Up to a 4 hour event
*Private rental of our Ballroom, Savannah Room, Parlor and Ballroom Bar.
*Set up/Breakdown/Cleaning Fee
*Large dance floor
*House centerpieces
*Fine linens including table cloth and overlays
*Glassware and barware
*Complimentary on-site parking

What Type of Events Can I Host at Olde Towne?

Olde Towne can host your reception only, milestone celebrations, young adult events such as Quincenearas, Mitzvahs, Celebration of Life, events, and more!

Can I Have My Ceremony At Olde Towne?

Yes! Olde Towne offers your choice of indoor or outdoor ceremony sites so weather is never an issue! Our ceremony fee ranges from $900 to $3,500 depending on the day of the event and number of guests. The ceremony fee also includes:
*additional 30 minutes of time for your ceremony
*set up and breakdown of ceremony site
*white folding chairs for an outdoor ceremony
*access to in-house decor at no charge
*room flip for an indoor ceremony
*1 hour rehearsal within 48 hours of your event date
*full day access to our beautiful, new bridal suite
 

Can I Use My Own Event Planner?

Yes. Professional event planners are encouraged to assist you with decor selections, design, timeline creation and other services. A Day of Coordinator is required for all wedding ceremonies hosted at Olde Towne.

Can I Provide My Own Caterer And Alcohol?

Olde Towne is a fully licensed food and beverage establishment providing all food and beverages served within our facility. No outside caterers or alcohol are permitted.

Can I Use My Own Vendors?

We are happy to work with your licensed vendors to create your idyllic day! In addition, we have a list of vendor recommendations to assist you with your planning.

How Do I Reserve My Date?

Once you have toured the venue, we will provide a detailed quote for your event based on your specific requests. When you are ready, an online contract will be prepared and a non-refundable deposit for the Facility/Rental Fee will be due to secure your date. Please note that we do not hold dates unless both of these are received.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

A non-refundable security deposit is due to reserve your date. Cancellations received more than 6 month prior to your event will forfeit this payment. Cancellations within 6 months of your event are not allowed.

Susan Lewis - Director of Event Sales

Susan is a long-time resident of East Cobb, graduating from Walton High School, and has a career of project management, asset management, and commercial real estate brokerage. She joined Olde Towne in March, 2023 after operating a venue in Buford and has extensive experience with events ranging from 15-1,500 guests including weddings, quinceañeras, mitzvahs, corporate events and more.
